Meet Our Executive Leadership Team

Exec. Director: Victoria James

Victoria James is the Executive Director of our consulting firm. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Victoria leads the strategic direction of the company and ensures that our services align with our clients’ needs. She is known for her exceptional leadership skills and her ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Dep. Director: Amos Milanzi

Amos Milanzi is the Deputy Director of our consulting firm. With his extensive background in project management and client relations, Amos oversees the day-to-day operations of our firm. He is dedicated to ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that their projects are completed on time and within budget.

Dep. Director Quality Control: Innocent Yekeye

Innocent Yekeye is the Deputy Director of Quality Control for our consulting firm. With his expertise in quality assurance and risk management, Innocent ensures that our services meet the highest industry standards. He is committed to continuous improvement and works closely with our teams to identify areas for enhancement and implement best practices.

BMSF STF TAP TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (2011-Present)

NEDICO is the Zimbabwean partner of Bristol-Myers Squibb Foundation; Secure The Future (STF) Technical Assistance and Skills Transfer Program (TAP);

We provide structured long term M&E, Organisational Development, Research, Strategic Planning to BMSF grant recipients in Africa;

Providing supervisory services to BMSF grant recipients in Zimbabwe (Current: Africaid, Cancer Association of Zimbabwe, SAYWHAT and Youth Advocates Zimbabwe)

AEDES

NEDICO is part of an EU Framework consortium for Health from 2014-2016. Other partners within the consortium are as follows: ACODESS; CESO; GFA; HERA; INDEVELOP; OPM; QI and AEDES.

THE GLOBAL FUND, STOP TB and WHO

NEDICO provides Consulting Services to countries on TB Programme Reviews, Gender Assessments ( for Gender inclusion in Global Fund country Concepts Note), Community Systems Strengthening, Data Assessments, Monitoring and Evaluation, and development of National Guidelines for Civil Society involvement in appropriate TB interventions, and Management.
